Do you deliver outside of Australia?
Currently we are unable to post our quirky gifts outside of Australia. We hope that changes in the future!
Can I click and collect my order?
You sure can! Select Pick Up at checkout and we’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect. Our Rosebery store is open daily from 11.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday & 11am - 4pm Saturdays.
How much does delivery cost?
If your order is over $120 standard shipping is free! For orders under $120 the shipping cost is $12 for standard shipping. Express shipping is available for $15. More delivery information can be found here.

What is The Neighbourhood?
The Neighbourhood is our email newsletter featuring all our latest news and special offers. Become a member with us to stay up to date with all things mamjo. We may even surprise you with a $10 welcome voucher to say thank you for joining us.
How do I sign up for The Neighbourhood?
When will I receive my welcome voucher?
You will receive the welcome voucher a couple of days after you have signed up for The Neighbourhood. The voucher is valid for one month from the send date. You can use the vouchers online only.
Help, my voucher code isn't working!
Our checkout allows only one discount or voucher code to be used with a purchase. Note some discounts are automatically applied, others require a code—but only one will be redeemed at any time. No further discounts can be applied to any products already redeeming an offer.
I received a present, but it's not right for me. What can I do?
We know that buying gifts can be tricky. (Even when they’re for ourselves!) So we’ve put a lot of thought into our returns policy to make it as simple and painless as possible. You can return something within 60 days of purchase (or up to 6 months if you’re a member of The Neighbourhood). The items you’re returning must be unused, unopened, undamaged and still in original packaging You’ll need to have proof of purchase (a receipt, invoice, bank or credit card statement) that verifies the value of each item you’re returning.
I think my product is faulty. Help!
Oh no, that shouldn’t happen! You can reach out to us by filling out this form. You’ll need proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, bank or credit card statement). The fault can’t be due to expected wear and tear. You must return the item within a reasonable time frame. Reasonable time will be assessed on an individual basis.

Paypal is available to use on our website. What payment methods do we accept? You can pay with all major credit cards, including American Express, Paypal.
Do you add invoices to your parcels?
To help decrease our impact on the environment, we post our parcels without a paper invoice. You'll be emailed a digital invoice once you placed your order online, so be sure to check your inbox.
